Refund Policy

At Magnet Moments, each product is designed to represent your unique memories. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error or defect in the product received.


Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • Wrong Product : You received a different item than the one ordered.
  • Defective Product : The item has a manufacturing defect.

If your request meets these criteria, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.


Return Procedure

  1. Contact us : Send an email to contact@magnet-moments.com with:

    • Your order number.
    • A description of the problem.
    • Photos of the product concerned (in case of error or defect).
  2. Return Label : Once your request is validated, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

  3. Shipping : Carefully package the product and use the label provided to return the item to us.


Important Information

  • Refunds : After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Processing Times : Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
