Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. A notification email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
Delivery in Metropolitan France
- Free delivery : All orders to mainland France benefit from free delivery from 35€ of purchase.
- Estimated delivery time : Between 2 and 4 working days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to check the status of your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
If you do not receive your order within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@magnet-moments.com , providing your name and order number. We will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
- Returns : Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds : The order amount will be refunded in full, excluding return shipping costs.
- Damaged Items : If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@magnet-moments.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. Each situation will be examined individually to find a suitable solution.
